SHIPPING 

For all shipping, we use standard and express postage via Australia Post. Standard shipping within Australia will cost $8 and express postage within Australia will cost $12.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN TAMWORTH REGION

Any orders placed where delivery is within the region of Tamworth New South Wales, please select tab at check out where delivery will be free.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60

Orders made over $60 is free shipping Australia wide. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed, you will be provided with a tracking number which will advise you of the status of your order during transit.

INSURANCE ON POSTAGE

We currently do not offer insurance on your parcel unless you wish to pay extra on top of your postage cost.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchange or refund on earrings. If you receive an item which is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will offer a full refund, exchange or replacement of your item. Due to the delicacy of our products, we attempt to protect them on their journey to your doorstep as much as possible.

 

RETURN AND EXCHNAGE POSTAGE

If you wish to refund or exchange any other product, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that the customer will be liable for the cost of return postage for return items due to change of mind.
